We are based in the UK therefore we will take care of any duties and taxes to UK delivery addresses. For international customers duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the person receiving the order. Duties and taxes due vary from country to country, to find out anticipated shipping and taxes costs add an item to your basket and enter country of delivery.
We are sure you will love your purchases however in the event that you need to return your item/s we offer a full refund, exchange or credit.
Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt. We cannot accept earring returns for hygiene purposes or items from our customised collection. A full refund, credit or exchange will only be offered if items are returned to us in an unworn and unused condition and are not damaged in any way.
Please ensure that when returning items to us that the item/s is protected.
For shoes, please ensure when trying these on that you do so on a clean, dry carpeted surface as we cannot accept returns if the soles are damaged.
How much does it cost to return an item?
We do not offer free returns therefore you may choose the carrier of your choice to return an item to us.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will be liable for all return costs. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is marked as a return on any customs declarations.
How long will it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return within 24 hours of the item/s arriving with us. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an automated email informing you that your refund it on its way. Please note it can take up to seven working days for your card company to process the refund.
